Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, as each appointment requires us to reserve dedicated time and allocate the appropriate professional staff specifically for your booking, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation charge may apply, up to the value of the booking. This reflects the costs and commitments associated with reserving your appointment, including allocated staff and the limited opportunity to offer the appointment to another client at short notice.

Where we are able to rebook the appointment or otherwise reduce our loss, this will be taken into consideration when determining any cancellation charge or refund due.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to the applicable cancellation charge.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent clients.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (No-Show) may result in the full booking amount being charged.

 Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of an alternative appointment or a full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. Where appropriate, these situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
